SHIPPING POLICY
STANDARD DELIVERY
All orders ship from New York, NY via USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted.
We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $100.
For orders below $100, a flat rate cost of $6.00 will be charged for USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated transit times vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the delivery address.
Feel free to contact us with special delivery needs, i.e. Saturday delivery.

For domestic express orders, please submit by 3:30 pm EST for next business day delivery.
International Orders
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail with a flat-rate cost of $29. Depending on the destination, please allow 5 - 20 business days for delivery. Need it sooner? Please email us for expedited delivery service.
Please note that duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders typically ship within 1-2 days of receipt.
During holidays or peak sale seasons, order processing times may take up to 3 days.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal payments.

We can include a gift receipt instead, please be sure to include "GIFT" in the notes section at checkout.

We cannot assume responsibility for USPS or FedEx shipping delays.

Anby Lane Pet cannot be responsible for orders that are returned undeliverable. You will be charged for the return shipment which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
COST
The exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the total value and weight of your order before taxes. Additional charges may apply for oversize items and remote areas.
Expedited and Express Delivery options are available.
SALES TAX
New York State residents will be charged all applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are not taxable.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Anby Lane Pet Gift Cards.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of an order you have placed, it will be returned to anbylanepet.com.
You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but the shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that we are sorry that we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase!
RETURN POLICY
We process returns and exchanges case by a case basis within 14 business days starting from the date of delivery of your item.
All items must be returned in original condition, with no pet hair, and with all original packaging to qualify for a return or an exchange. Please note that beds are not eligible for return or exchange as they are final sale.
We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent you an incorrect item.
Upon receipt of returned items, Anby Lane Pet reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
When shipping back the item, please include a print-out of your emailed order confirmation or reference to the original order confirmation (including name and date of purchase). Shipments of returns/exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
Custom orders and Final Sale items can not be exchanged or returned at any time.
With the original receipt, requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package.
A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The packing slip or a copy of the transaction must be included with your return.
Please ship your Return or Exchange via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS (United States Postal Service).
Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.
Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Cancellations
Please contact us via phone or email within 2 hours of your order confirmation. You will then receive an acknowledgment of cancellation via e-mail. Refunds will be processed in 2-5 business days, depending on your payment type. If an order has already shipped, the RETURNS guideline will apply.
Online orders are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of the ship date with the exception of SALE items. SALE items are final sales. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and sent to:
